The Atlantic Cup Rugby Tournament is an annual competition that features some of the top rugby teams from the East Coast of the United States. The tournament has been held since 1973 and is located at Hudson Fields in Milton, Delaware. The Atlantic Cup is a premier event in the American rugby calendar, with teams from all over the region competing for the title of Atlantic Cup champion.

The tournament is open to both men's, women's, and old boy’s teams and features a round-robin format, with each team playing several matches over the course of the day. The teams are divided into pools, with the top teams from each pool advancing to the semifinals and then the finals. The tournament is known for its high level of competition and sportsmanship, and has become a showcase for some of the best rugby talent in the country.

The Atlantic Cup is also notable for its community outreach efforts, with the tournament organizers working closely with local schools and youth rugby programs to promote the sport and encourage participation among young people. The tournament has been a great success and continues to grow in popularity each year, attracting both players and fans from all over the region.

Game length: 15-minute halves

There will be plenty of food, beer and merchandise available to purchase at the fields. And plenty of time to hit the beaches nearby after the games!
