Men’s practices are held every Tuesday & Thursday during the season from 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Women’s practices are held every Monday & Thursday during the season from 7:00pm to 9:00pm

All practices are held at the Siegel JCC (on the fields behind the Outdoor Pool)
