Wilmington Rugby Sevens

WRFC has a long history of Seven-A-Side Rugby.  Practice is from 6:30 ’til Dusk every Tuesday and Thursday starting in June.

New Players are welcome to join the team at any point in the season.  All current WRFC 15s Players are encouraged to attend 7s for off-season fitness.
